Image by Great Beyond So I sit down last night to update my back up copies, burn last years photos and documents to archive to DVD, when I go “Hey, where is my C drive?”Turns out that Seagate, makers of hard drives everywhere shitty, have released a drive that bricks about 33% of the time you turn the computer on. My brand new drive with all my stuff – locked up because of some lame ass firmware update.So, I say this to you, child viewer – back up anything you care about diligently. If I had only been 24 hours earlier, I would have saved all my work.Oh, and Seagate – if you read this? www.hardwaresecrets.com
