Question by TTOO : What is the policy about returning an item in the UK ?Hi,I’m living in London but I’m from France so I do not know what are the regulations for consumers.I’ve bought a game in the shop “game” (it’s the name of the shop, yes), then wanted to return it after 2day.It’s not open, fully wrapped, perfectly intact, and I have the bill of course.The person from the shop told me they do not accept returns of PC games (meaning that a PS2 games or others should be alright), it’s the store policy.I have not been told anything when I bought the game, and there’s no such thing written on the bill.Are they allowed to do that? Not in France, they would certainly, and I’m very surprised …I’m wondering if they might abuse because I’m a foreigner …Thanks for your help! Best answer:

I’m ‘fraid SunIt’s a loophole around software. It could be virus-ridden – or so they claim …..Pain …. it’s an absolute.

Question by KAMARAK : Is my PC capable of playing Old Republic Hey guys and gals,I’m currently playing on the PS3 and what Skyrim told that to get the best experience from the game I should play it on the PC. I thought about buying a gaming PC but now that my girlfriend has got a Mac she has given me her “gaming PC”, problem is … the computer is about 3 years old and when she says “gaming” she’s referring to playing The Sims (hardly Battlefield).So as I am not even remotely techy, I need to know the capabilities of the computer and was hoping I get some opinions. to play it, you may have to be on medium-lowest settings but you should be able to play it. Question by the_slow_minded : SILVER game will not work ?I installed the UK version of the game “Black” onto windows 7 ultimate x64 and it would not run, i tried using all the compatability modes to no avail. I have also tried installing Win 98 into Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 and i get the same problem.It will install fine it just will not load, if i say run from the autorun menu, the cd spins in the drive, i get the hourglass turning and then nothing.
