I remember you my friend, I think you are the one good at giving clever opinions. But when you don’t know the full truth and give your opinion you may be wrong sometime & somewhere.
I think there’s a lot of false thinking swirling around. You cannot join JW as you join a human oranization. You need to know a lot about the Bible, and therefore you need a JW to teach you. After that you need to turn away from bad habits such as smoking, lying and so on. A christian has to fight against bad attitudes, bad habits, bad thinking, temptations and last but not least:(Eph. 6:12) we have a wrestling, not against blood and flesh, but against the governments, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the wicked spirit forces in the heavenly places.While facing all this and knowing about your imperfect status, you will be glad that there’s a (let’s call it) organization such as the governing body who’s only wish is to help you become a better person and stand firm in front of Jehovah, the Almighty God.

With respect – is there really any point in us answering your questions? All you do is make one false assumption after another with your questions and comments, never really wanting to know the truth of the matter even when we give it to you. So really what point are your questions, are they just for the purpose of endless debates? Are they just to have a go at Witnesses? Are your prejudices of us based on 1st hand personal experience of us? Have you ever attended a meeting, for instance?I honestly do not see the point of answering your questions when you obviously will not accept the truthful answers from us that we give to you.

You can be a JW WITHOUT the Watchtower, and don’t believe for one second the JWs of the Org make all the rules!You don’t need charismatic leaders, time cards, magazines, endless Bible and magazine studies, strict Blood doctrines, etc …I already am one of the True Jehovah’s Witnesses, and my strength is from outside of this false organization. Face it, the JWs of the Org are extremely weak and will crumble apart if they had to go through one day without the Governing Body, that is a guarantee.
The bible says that you must serve Jehovah with your whole heart your whole mind and whole soul. This means that you must read watchtower and awake magazines to learn things and to show respect for the previsions that his earthly servants have. We as all JW’s are very blessed to have such a organization. Also the “rich men in brooklyn” that you speak of is not anywhere near what you have just stated. Yes there are men in brooklyn at our branch, but they are no where near rich and you certainly shouldn’t worship them for they are no God. We worship the Only true God, Jehovah. so the answer to your question would be: no

Where do you get the Rich men in Brooklyn, that is an out right LIE, why would a liar want to join a christian organization that does not believe in lying. We don’t associate with liars, immoral ones, political governments, cheaters, people that steal, drunkards, ones that ridicules, selfish, etc .. (Ga 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, and they are fornication, uncleanness, loose conduct, 20 idolatry, practice of spiritism, enmities, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, contentions, divisions, sects, 21 envies, drunken bouts, revelries, and things like these. As to these things I am forewarning YOU, the same way as I did forewarn YOU, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s kingdom.You can attend any meeting u wish, you can bring any Bible you wish, here’s the catch, you have to treat all those at the Kingdom hall as they treat you. The Kingdom Hall is an orderly place, if you conduct yourself as a christian, welcome. I know someone that would not use any Bible but the King James, they brought the King James for along time, this person still goes to the meetings & its been years, never misses one, they are baptized now, I’ll let you guess if you think they are still using the King James at the meetings.If you consider yourself a honest person, you need to check things out before you spread them to others. I know personaly what all the brothers are paid monthly, from the one that sweeps the floors to the one that write the articals. In the state of Oregon below poverty is $ 175.00 a week, that’s over double what are brothers are getting. Now this can be proven, what you are saying can’t.There was a newspaper artical that said if you wanted to make sure all the money you gave for ones that went to natural disaster areas, give it to the Jehovah’s Witnesses, why, because it DOES NOT go into the top ceo’s pocket, all work is donated, & the same salary is paid weather they are at a disaster site, or sweeping the floors back at NY.
