Showing you guys how I set my Tritton AX PRO’s up with my pc. I had a difficult time finding a vid that explained this so I thought I would just make one myself. I need help now ive just bought tritton ax pros and straight away plugged them in my PC im getting deafening background noise, i cant turn sound down and they havent installed on my pc….wtf

I’ve been looking a bit around, and I saw that I have 2.1 sound. I can’t get “surround sound” on my PC, and I’ve the same setup as you. And I can’t control volume with the thingie :S

I get my mic and sound working by this. But I can’t control anything with my control thingie that’s so “difficult”. So my headset is on like 50% and I can only adjustment it by my computer. Not by the little thingie that’s difficult you know…

Can I listen through my Trittons on both the PS3 and the PC at the same time (for music/skype when gaming on the PS3) or alteast switch the sound between PS3 and PC without having to change all the cords every time you switch from PS3–>PC and vice versa?

Hi there, Im having some issues with my headset. Basically, when using it with my computer I am having a beeping noise come up every now and then (interval of about 10 seconds) and at the same time there’s some great white noise. I tried connecting it to my computer through the decoder with the usb and optical cable, the white noise is gone and same as the beeping although the sound is still very low. I’ve maxed the sound both on my computer and the inline controller but it wont go higher.wat do

@AllRsVids Cheers for reply. Just for the record, the Creative volume control graphic works, it just has no effect. Pretty sure that the encoded DDL signal that is going through the SPdif cannot be adjusted at that point. The AX Pro volume control works perfectly, in fact, if I could just get the maximum volume raised just a little I’d be quite happy. Not quite loud enough in windows for my liking. I’ll let you know if I get anywhere. Cheers again for the help.

@alexthecamel I seem to have run into the same problem as you. for some reason when i turn the knob i dont get the little volume control that I used to get in the corner (as seen in the video). however, when i use my headset, i just use the volume controls on the inline controller. they are much more effective and easy to use. glad that everything else is working out for you though. if I find a fix for this problem, i will be sure to post it here or in the comments. but ive tried in the past.

Hi, Cheers for the vid. I took your advice and bought the Creative box to go with the my AX Pro’s. Set up as you advised, and have the DD light lit up. Awesome…. but. I can’t adjust the volume, either with the Creative Audio control Panel or Windows 7 audio controlls on the Creative SPdif output. I can control individual program volumes via Windows, but I don’t seem to have a master volume for DD Live if you catch my drift. Can you control the master volume on the Creative box in this mode?

I hear these things aren’t PC compatible in the U.S. is this true? I have a SPDIF output and all the 5.1 audio connections on my Sabertooth P67 mobo, just curious on their site it says not PC compatible in United States.
