I’m sorry to say, but no Crysis is a demanding game on the video cards. I would recommend to ATi 1950 or HD 3870 or the nVidia 8800 GT or greater.

Check the requirements for Crisis to the card properties on the webpage, but I don’t think you are going to be pleased with the resutls. I don’t think that raedon is DirectX 10 compatible, and your gonna want to play the game in directx 10 trust me!!!

Simple answer is No.
Crysis is a hungry mf. I would suggest GeForce 8800 series.

NO! not even close, that inboard graphics can’t even handle WoW more or less Crysis, if you want a decent play experience with crysis your looking at needing a duel to quad core processor, 2 gigs of DDR2 memory, and a 8800 series Nvidia, or 3800 series ATI card.

A friend of mine plays it on lowest settings on a x300 with 128 mb of ram on it so it will work. he also has a pent 4 at 2.8 and 1 gig of 400 mghtz ram.

hi michael
crysis is one of the new direct X 10 games and although it may work on the x500 the frame rates would be so low it would be unplayable
so you need to upgrade your current pci-express card to a more powerful model ,and theres a great selection of compatible cards to choose from
the Sapphire Radeon HD 3850 256MB PCI-E from http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/PCI-E/ATI+Radeon+3000+Series/Sapphire+Radeon+HD+3850+256MB+PCI-E+?productId=29418 is a amzing card for its price
its core clock of 668mhz and memory clock of 1656mhz makes this card extremely powerful and will run crysis on high detail no problem
and as this card is designed around the directX 10 compliance it also runs other dx10 titles including bioshock, kane and lynch and lost planet
note:to run games using direct x 10 effects you need to be using windows vista, however even if you still have windows xp the game will run fine, infact users have reported better frame rates in direct x 10 games when using windows xp,however you lose out on the direct x 10 effects
another card worth considering is the Asus Extreme 8600GT 512MB PCI-E from http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/PCI-E/nVIDIA+GeForce+8+Series/Asus+Extreme+8600GT+512MB+PCI-E+?productId=29838
as a nvidia card this has a different architecture to radeon based cards however they both run direct x 10 games and both need vista to get the dx10 effects
the 8600gt has some decent specifications aswell including a core clock of 540mhz and 512mb of gddr2 memory running at 800mhz,these specs are not as good as the radeon model however its £30 cheaper so the choice is yours
if money isnt a problems then the XFX GeForce 8800GS Alpha Dog 384MB PCI-E from http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/PCI-E/nVIDIA+GeForce+8+Series/XFX+GeForce+8800GS+Alpha+Dog+384MB+PCI-E+?productId=30290 is a amazing card, its based around the 8800gts and with a core clock speed of 580mhz and 384mb of gddr3 memory running at 1400mhz this rockets through all games and is also sli compatible so you can add another of the same card to a compatible motherboard
this increases performance by up to 75% and also improves frame rates
i hope this helps, any problems let me know
good luck michael !
